I have been remiss in mentioning Laurelwood Brewing's 11th annual Laurelfest celebration TODAY August 25th at the 50th & NE Sandy blvd. Portland location from noon - 10 pm.
Three bands perform starting at 1 pm with Tony Smiley, 4 pm The Ken Hanson Band takes the stage, and the headliner to close out the evening is The Love Loungers at 7 pm. In addition to some great music, plenty of activities to keep you busy throughout the day. At 3 pm there will be an adult mini-golf tournament. Sign up and putt your way to taking home a kegerator! There will also be beer, wine, and spirit tastings going on from 2pm - 6 pm. With all this going on, could there be more...why yes there is! Laurelwood is releasing a fresh hop Portlandia Pils and have a wonderful BBQ menu in place to satisfy your taste buds. They also have mini-golf for the kids from noon - 3 pm, a bouncy house, face painting, and Blaze from the Portland Trail Blazers will be here from 2pm - 3pm.
