Hop Squash Total Tap Takeover at the Beer Bunker

You may have already heard of the Beer Bunker here. The new taphouse/bottleshop in the Montavilla neighborhood is hosting its first big event this Thursday with Elysian and Ninkasi Brewing. A collaboration beer called Hop Squash between the Seattle and Eugene breweries may be the first IPA made with pumpkins that I have heard of.

In celebration of the harvest season, Ninkasi Brewing Company joined forces with Seattle's renowned Elysian Brewing to create Hop Squash IPA! Come enjoy the release of this unique collaboration brew made with 150 lbs of pumpkin and loads of Motueka and Sorachi Ace hops!

Elysian and Ninkasi will take it to the next level by offering up a stellar line-up of 12 beers on tap, including super limited pumpkin beers, fresh hop beers and just down right hoppy beers!
