Oakshire’s Single Batch Fall Bierfest

Oakshire Brewing in Eugene, OR is the latest brewery to throw their hat into the crowded festival ring with an event combining the best of the creative single-batch brews of Oregon breweries with the annual hop harvest season.

Oakshire calls it the kickoff to Oktoberfest – the first-ever Single Batch Fall Bierfest. Many unique, small batch brews from dozens of breweries will be poured at Oakshire’s Public House on Saturday, September 21 from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM, including fresh-hopped beers, pumpkin beers and other fall varietal favorites. In addition there will be live music and food for purchase throughout the day.

Founder of The New School and most frequent contributor Ezra Johnson-Greenough has worked in the craft beer industry for almost 10 years, doing everything from illustrating beer labels to bartending at renowned beer bars and breweries like Belmont Station, Apex, Laurelwood and Upright Brewing.
