Interurban on N. Mississippi continues its awesome Last Sunday BBQ series this weekend with featured brewer Buoy Beer Co. This monthly summer-only series has the bar/restaurant shutting down its regular kitchen to do a special outdoor barbecue on the patio with some of their favorite breweries.

Chef John Henry has put together this special menu starting at 3pm this Sunday:

-Oysters w/Lemon Granita
-Gilled Peaches & Buratta
-Charred Corn w/Tomato Salad
-Summer Chanterelle Succotash
-Grilled Steelhead w/Charred Tomato Vinaigrette and Summer Squash
-Grilled Pork Chop w/Haricot Vert, Blackberries, and Goat Cheese
-Blackberry Peach Cobbler w/Corn Ice Cream

Buoy Beer Co. from Astoria, Oregon is bringing out some year rounds and seasonal and one-off brews:

-Czech Pils
-India Pale Lager
-Blackberry Cream Ale
-Chinook Single Hop IPA
