Though not really beer related, we are fans of Pok Pok Som drinking vinegar made in Portland, and as an alternative to the Oregon Brewers Fest, the brand’s weeklong cocktail competition sounds refreshing. Pok Pok Som has asked a handful of their favorite Portland bars to participate in a friendly cocktail competition called #VoteSom this week.

Here’s how the competition works:

The six participating bars (listed below) have each created a cocktail using one of Pok Pok Som’s delicious drinking vinegar concentrates and will serve it on their menu for one week – Monday July 25th through Monday August 1st. During that week, customer can visit PokPokSom.com to VOTE for the cocktail they think is the best. The winning drink recipe will be featured on the Pok Pok Som website!
