Stormbreaker Brewing Celebrates 3rd Anniversary this Saturday

By  |

Stormbreaker Brewing is celebrating its 3rd Anniversary this Saturday, February 4th, from noon to midnight with special beers, a bottle release, raffle prizes and celebrity bartenders! Stormbreaker took over the old Amnesia Brewing on N. Mississippi in Portland and quickly proved itself an even better fit for the neighborhood and community.

In honor of its third anniversary, Stormbreaker has brewed up a Triple Anniversary IIIPA available on draft. The brewery will also release limited bottles and draft of “Barrels Full of Chocolate,” an imperial brown ale aged on cocoa nibs and aged in bourbon barrels for a full year. There will even be a brief return of the barrel-aged version of the Winter Coat seasonal.

In keeping with weird Portland birthday traditions, Stormbreaker will be having a human statue helping sling beers from 12pm to 2pm, and later Chewbacca the wooky from 2pm to 4pm. There will also be cake at some point in the evening, and raffle prizes all day.

Stormbreaker 2017 Brewstillery Festival

Also let’s not forget that Saturday, February 5th is Stormbreaker’s 3rd annual Brewstillery Festival with nineteen different breweries paired with nineteen distilleries. More info on that festival and tickets are on sale here.
