New Belgium Brewing Introduces Juicy Watermelon Lime Ale

Figuring you can’t go wrong with refreshment when you combine watermelon and lime, New Belgium Brewing’s new spring-summer release is Juicy Watermelon. Said to be an approachable, crisp, bright, juicy, and fruity ale with just a hint of sweetness, Juicy Watermelon will be available through July in 12oz cans and bottles, as well as draft.

Style: Fruit Ale

Flavor: Mild sweetness, light sour, and minimal bitterness

Mouthfeel: Clean finish, refreshing

Body: Medium-light body

Yeast: Ale

Hop Varieties: Nugget Hops

Malt Varieties: Pale and Caramel 80

Fruits/Spices: Watermelon & Lime Peel

Color: Golden with a slight orange hue

Alcohol 5.0% ABV

IBUs: 7
