Little Beast Brewing Launch Party at OP Wurst

By  |

Next Saturday, April 22nd, hit up the new OP Wurst on SE Division for a preview beer launch party for the farmhouse-style Little Beast Brewing. The newly operating Beaverton brewery does not yet have its own tasting room space, so it’s throwing a party with sausages, swag, and free samples of early brews “Bes” and “Fera.”

Little Beast Brewing is the new project for former Logsdon Farmhouse Ales head brewer Charles (Chuck) Porter and his partner/wife Brenda Crow. Little Beast is rooted in old world technique and inspired by Oregon’s abundant edible flora, crafting beers using diverse cultures, aging in wood barrels and bottle conditioning to create a complex and unique finished product.

Starting the evening of Saturday, April 22nd and running through the week, OP will offer sausage artfully paired with Little Beast beers on their menu.
