Oregon Brewers Win Big at 2017 North American Beer Awards

By  |

Oregon brewers had an extremely good showing this past weekend in Idaho at the 2017 NABA, aka the North American Beer Awards. 129 breweries won medals at NABA, which is arguably the most prestigious and respected U.S. beer competition behind GABF and World Beer Cup. Twenty-six of those breweries (20%) were from Oregon with Breakside Brewery bringing home the lions haul, closely followed by Pelican Brewing with 10 Barrel, pFriem and Barley Browns following close behind. Thanks to John Lovegrove for help tabulating the results and running the numbers.
