Roscoe’s hosts first ever Wayfinder Beer Tap Takeover

The best new brewery of 2017 – Wayfinder Beer is having their first ever tap takeover and meet the brewer outside of the brewpub since first releasing beer in June. Roscoe’s in southeast Portland’s Montavilla neighborhood is hosting brewer Kevin Davey and team this Friday, October 13th 5pm til late.

Wayfinder Beer is known for their traditional German-style lagers as well as new and classic IPA’s. Try the breweries entire lineup including their hazy “Flower in the Kettle IPA” available for the only time outside of the pub and a brand new release “Pils Project #2.”

 

TAPLIST

HELL –  Lagerbier Hell – Crisp, light, refreshing, brilliantly effervescent Helles with a floral, noble hop aroma. 4.9% ABV  20 IBU

PARTY TIME – German Pils – Hoppy bouquet with a crisp dry, spritzy finish. 4.7% ABV 35 IBU
PILS PROJECT #2 – Decocted Pils –  Boiled bohemian malt, heavily hopped with Saaz. Traditional and idyllic. 5.1% ABV 43 IBU
HIDDEN HAND –  Černé Pivo (black lager) Czech-style dark lager beer that’s deceptively smooth. Clean roasted malt, decocted mouthfeel. 5.7% ABV 30 IBU
MINDSTURM  – bavarian-style hefeweizen –  Heavy banana, bubblegum and clove in this decocted wheat beer. Big, pillowy head and creamy wheated mouthfeel. 5.2% ABV 11 IBU
FREIHEIT!  – Oktoberfest Wiesn  –  Deeply golden and extremely smooth. The most drinkable beer in the world. 5.7% ABV 28 IBU
OATHBREAKER –  Saison – Brewed with Barnaby from Stigbergets Bryggeri in Göteborg. Dry, hoppy and spicy with loads of unmalted wheat. 7.2% ABV 45 IBU
DOOMTOWN West-Coast IPA –  Cleanly fermented, punchingly aromatic and dry with a weighty dry hop. 7.5% ABV 75 IBU
FLOWER IN THE KETTLE – Hazy IPA –  Bucketloads of juicy Mosaic hops balance between Amarillo and grapefruit forward Simcoe. No flour added. 6.7%  ABV 62 IBU
DEADLIGHTS –  Triple IPA Hop Bomb – An entire macroverse of hops. Cascade, Centennial, Comet, Citra, Chinook, Simcoe and Amarillo. 9.7% ABV 100 IBU
