Night of the Living Ales: The Music Video

Christmas seems like an appropriate time to post this brand new video from Halloween by The New School’s “SNOB” Ritch. Filmed at the 2012 Night of the Living Ales fest in Portland, OR it’s the definition of a craft beer party. Lots more photos and details from this annual tradition at www.nightofthelivingales.com

“it’s the definition of a craft beer party”

You are joking, right? It looks like a happening party, but the videos focus is clearly sexy women. Am I missing something? In a few shots I can see people watching a band with a plastic pint glass in hand, but I have no idea why this would define a craft beer party, unless every night at a strip club or music venue also defines a craft beer party. I wasn’t there, but if I told my wife I was heading out to a craft beer party, she would be surprised by that definition. Maybe I don’t understand your humor? I like your blog but maybe you are having trouble telling where craft beer ends and your lifestyle begins?

Anonymous, its dubbed a “music video” on the title though I understand how my description of a craft beer party could be misconstrued. I meant its more of a party party with craft beer, not as in all about craft beer. Your right the video focuses on the music and outfits. As far as having trouble telling where craft beer ends and my lifestyle begins…your right, I cant tell the difference because my life is craft beer, I live it, work it and socialize in the industry, it is my entire life. Though just to be clear, events like Night of the Living Ales are one of a kind and certainly not the norm!
