Into The Eventyr

Norman is a local Portland band I am familiar with from when I booked, managed, and promoted bands before working in the beer industry full-time. Being an Oregon band–many of them from beery Corvallis– it’s natural that they like good beer. I often see Norman frontman Eric Nordby at the Horse Brass Pub enjoying a game of darts and round of pints. So it’s not all that surprising to see Calapooia Brewing team up with Norman to celebrate the band’s new album, Into the Eventyr, with an accompanying beer. Rather than tell you all about the collaboration, I can show you with the latest video from Hopstories, also a Corvallis-based group of guys who film high quality videos about Oregon breweries.

Into the Eventyr is set to be released next Tuesday, 11/19, and Norman is playing a free show that day in celebration at Music Millennium at 5pm.Music Millennium is located at 3158 E Burnside St. in Portland.
