2 Towns Cider ‘Cot in The Act Apricot

I have been really enjoying the latest releases from 2 Towns Ciderhouse in Corvallis. The recent release of Rhubarbarian in cans & bottles made my top summer beer/cider list, and the new “Cot in the Act” apricot cider is delicious. The latest in 2 Towns’ limited release series, Cot in the Act makes for another delicious summer quencher and has that juicy tartness of apricot that I crave with a little sweetness but no cloying qualities.

Commercial Description:

Cot in the Actboasts a deep golden hue and a ripe stone fruit nose. Cot in the Act is 6% alcohol by volume (abv) and is packed with 50 lbs of apricot per barrel. Although sweet on the nose, the dry taste profile pairs perfectly with Mexican cuisine, specifically fish tacos, and other spicy fare.

As always, 2 Town Ciderhouse uses fresh-pressed 100% Northwest Apples, no added sugars, and never uses artificial essences or flavorings. Instead, the Ciderhouse allows the fruit to speak for itself. Cot in the Act will be available in the 2 Towns Tap Room Starting July 18th and to distributors on July 21stin bottles, and 1/6 bbls and 1/2 bbl kegs. Approximately 1300 cases are being bottled this week for distribution in Oregon, Washington, California and Minnesota.
