This Thursday, December 4th, in Seattle, the Brouwer’s Cafe Big Wood Festival kicks off. We now have a partial draft list for one of the best barrel-aged beer events on the west coast. This is only a partial beer list subject to change, with a lot more beers to be added. This year Brouwer’s is adding 3 special tappings: the first one will be at 1pm, the last one will be at 7 pm, and those beers are secret but promised to be something to behold. Big Wood Fest runs from December 4th through Sunday December 7th at Brouwer’s Cafe.
