2nd annual NW Coffee Beer Invitational

NW Coffee Beer Invitational

After a successful first year the 2nd annual NW Coffee Beer Invitational returns to the Goose Hollow Inn in Southwest Portland on Saturday January 24th, 2015. Combining the Northwests two favorite brews, sixteen local brewers hand selected by founder Dave Fleming are creating freshly made beer with locally-roasted coffee all with no more than 7% alcohol by volume.

Last years fest surprised us with diversity that branched out of the typical Coffee Stout into beers like a Coffee Berliner-Weisse with a maraschino cherry in each glass. The location outside popular local haunt the Goose Hollow was also a refreshing change of pace and gave the fest a nice casual vibe with just enough room. The Coffee Invitational is a welcome return from 2014 and an interesting new beer fest to occupy the usually dismal late winter season.

The NW Coffee Beer Invitational menu will include some special savories to compliment the brews as well as live music in an outdoor heated tent.

$15 admission includes a festival glass and 8 taster tickets
