Southeast Portland’s Roscoe’s bar in the Montavilla neighborhood is first out of the gate to announce a Craft Brewers Conference outside event, a So-Cal Brewers Summit on April 15th. The Craft Brewers Conference (CBC) is the largest industry/trade event in the country for the brewing industry and it descends upon Portland this April. The CBC is for industry and media only, but with thousands of breweries attending there will be tons of breweries bringing their beer to town for events with beers we don’t normally ever see in Oregon. Roscoe’s So-Cal Brewers Summit will have quite a few breweries never before seen in town; you won’t want to miss it.

Roscoe’s will be celebrating some of the great breweries and beers of Southern California on Wednesday, April 15th beginning at 12PM for the So-Cal Brewers Summit.  Many of the featured breweries will have brewers and owners in the house.

Some of the breweries will include:<

Bagby Beer
Modern Times
Ballast Point
Golden Road
Green Flash
Eagle Rock
The Bruery
Rip Current
Phantom Carriage
El Segundo
Ale Smith
Kern River

More details on specific beers will follow shortly!
