Sixpoint Brewing & Roman Candle Pizza Takeover N.W.I.P.A.

Sixpoint Brewing & Roman Candle Pizza takeover N.W.I.P.A. this Saturday, January 24th, in what looks to be another packed day of Portland events. Though competing with two larger events, the NW Coffeee Beer Invitational and the Collabofest, this lower key but awesome event brought to us by Running Man Distributors is a most worthy alternative.

Brooklyn, New York’s Sixpoint Brewing just recently launched in Portland, and this is a great chance to try some of the hoppy beers in the brewery’s lineup, including Hi Res IIIPA, Resin IIPA, Bengali IPA, and Global Warmer IRA. In addition, the event will also feature Roman Candle Bakery, one of the fancy restaurants that Stumptown founder Duane Sorenson started in the old Stumptown production space. The bakery makes killer sandwiches and pizza and will be providing pizza for the tap takeover.

N.W.I.P.A. has excelled at bringing in some great breweries and pairing beer events with great food from outside artisans, and this looks like an excellent addition to the bar’s track record.
