The Wedge – a Farmers Market-style Cheese Fest with Beer

The Wedge
The Wedge is the best chance to sample fine cheese and beer outside of the Portland Beer and Cheese Festival in June, and The Wedge is back this Saturday, October 3rd. This outdoor, farmers market-style event also features snacks and food, along with other artisan products from local producers, and is held out front of the Green Dragon, so you can go in and grab a beer. 


Where:
Located at Green Dragon Bistro and Brew Pub (and surrounding streets) at SE 9th and Belmont.

When:
October 3rd, 2015, noon – 5pm. Rain or shine!

Who:
This is a family and pet friendly event that is open to the public. Children under 12 are admitted free and well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome.

Tasting:
There is no admission charge to enter The Wedge festival grounds. Sampling cheeses and specialty foods from our more than 40 vendors requires purchase of a tasting ticket, available in advance for $15 or at the door for $20. All tickets come with a $5 voucher to purchase your favorite new cheese!

Wine tasting flights and cheese pairing seminars are $10 each.
