Bamboo Sushi Pop-Up at Culmination Brewing

Culmination Brewing presents a Bamboo Sushi Pop-Up night at the Culmination taproom on Saturday, October 22nd from 3 – 9pm and tickets are on sale now. This casual style dinner offers a choice of food options and two drink tickets for beers that include two Japanese themed ales.


Junmai, Oh My: Junmai Oh My is a lagered Golden Ale made with a mash addition of polished Akita Sake Rice featuring Cascade and Ella hops. The perfect marriage of Japan, Australia, and the Pacific NW.
Amaterasu: A Sour Farmhouse brewed with wild yeast harvested from the Ise Grand Shinto Shrine Garden in Japan and Conditioned with Yuzu. Named after the goddess of sun and heavens.

Miso Bacon w/ Hazelnut Romanesco and infused salt
Oregon Albacroe Sashimi with yuzu, honey, soy, garlic chips and ginger.
