Eugene, Oregon’s great Beergarden beer bar and food cart pod will host the inaugural Chili Cook-Off Tailgater Weekend Thursday, November 10th thru Sunday, November 13th. It’s four days of live music, four food trucks with 7+ different chilis and other tailgate-inspired cuisine, 27 taps of pepper beers and tailgate-inspired brews, all leading up to the Oregon vs Stanford game.

Sporks A La Cart will make THREE specialty chilis for this weekend only. Chili Colorado, Vegetarian 15-bean Chili, Chili Verde, AND a Corn Bread Casserole
All Aboard Bar-B-Que is providing options with their Northwest BBQ Chili Bowl. Served: *vegan, *add pulled pork, *Frito Chili Pie
The Zingaro will serve German Beer Brat Chili
Lani Moku Grill will serve Island Chili over a scoop of rice
