Ryan Spencer (Bailey’s Taproom, Gigantic, Deschutes) and Spencer Watari (Clyde Common, Pok Pok) have collaborated on a dinner series designed to break down the biases and commitments attached to “Brewer’s Dinners”. Beer dinner events often feature a single restaurant working with a single brewery. The Imperial Session dinners will be a way for guests to experience the wide range of flavor interactions created from craft beer and food with no requirements set by breweries or participating restaurants.
