This Saturday is the 5th annual Peche Fest, held at Saraveza and the Bad Habit Room on October 7th from 3-9pm and we have the final beer/cider list with full descriptions below. This event is a showcase of perhaps the most luscious fruit, the peach, with 25+ specialty peach beers and ciders and a special peach-infused food menu. This year’s event features new collectible glassware style and design, an upgraded food special menu and of course the largest collection of amazing juicy, tart, funky, sour peach beers from the likes of Great Notion, Block 15, Alesong, Upright, Logsdon, Sixpoint and many, many more.

Imperial Sour Blonde Ale aged in wine barrels with Peaches, Nectarines, Muscat Grapes and Vanilla beans. Part wine, part beer and part autumn harvest—this brew is 100% California. 8.8% Abv.
Alesong Brewing & Blending: Shake Your Tree
Freshly harvested Elberta peaches from Detering Orchard were added to this mixed culture American wild ale. Juicy peach aromas and flavors wash over this tart and light, golden ale. Hints of vanilla and cinnamon from the oak aging give suggestions of warm peach cobbler. Shake Your Tree ends with a sparkling dry finish. ABV: 5.4% IBUS: 7
Anderson Valley: Peach Barl Sour
Similar to the Rosy Barl, this beer was created by aging our Mowkeef Saison in local wine “barls” with fresh peach puree and our proprietary wild Horse Tongue Wheat culture. It has soft aromas of peach and dried fruits, a refreshingly tart finish.Style: Sour Ale with peaches ABV: 5.7%
Block 15 Brewing: Turbulent Consequence, Peche
Each autumn, the Arzner family heads to Olson Farm and hand-picks winter snow white peaches at the peak of their season. These juicy beauties are then packed into oak barrels with select Turbulent Consequence from the prior year. Matured through the winter and bottled with locally gathered honey to create natural carbonation. 6% ABV

Blend of three different beers to create a tart, crushable peach beer. The vibrant peach aroma and flavor is courtesy of white peaches from Baird Family Orchards. The finish blends a subtle oak character with a rounded lactic acidity. ABV: 6.0% IBU’s: 20
Double Mountain Brewery: Peche Mode
Belgian-style ale aged for 9 months on Hood River peaches. This beer also uses Brettanomyces as well as their house yeast. 8.6% Abv.
Ecliptic Brewing: Bourbon Barrel-Aged Carina Peach Sour Ale w/ Brett
Carina Peach Sour Ale was aged in 2nd run bourbon barrels with Brettanomyces resulting in beer with a dry brett-forward finish. ABV 6.5%

Barrel aged saison aged on peaches and apricots with our house sour culture. 7% Abv.
Logsdon Farmhouse Ales: Peche n’ Brett
Our Seizoen Bretta oak aged and loaded with tons of local organic peaches (a pound and a half per gallon). 10% Abv.

I really love your peaches, can I shake your tree? Sweet aromas of underripe White Peaches & balanced tones of pink sea salt highlight a clean tart finish perfect for Summer fun. 4.5% Abv.
pFriem Family Brewers: Peche
When we add juicy, heirloom peaches to our year-old Lambic, magic happens— they unite, gushing with bright acidity, nutty undertones and a tangy finish. It does take eight more months of aging, but it’s well worth the wait. 5.8% Abv.
Santiam Brewing: Jean Peche
Peach and Apricot Sour aged in wine barrels for 18-22 months. German Pilsner malts, Czech Saaz and Crystal Hops. 6% Abv.
Sixpoint: Fuzzy Pits
Foudre Project Number One. A not-quite-sour, funky blonde beer aged on peaches. It combines light, white wine character with killer peach aroma. Seriously, you can smell the fuzz. 5.5% Abv.
Solera Brewery: Peche
Spontaneous fermentation on red haven peaches. Aged 12 months. 4.5% Abv.
10 Barrel Brewing (PDX): Honey Peach Saison
Pilsner malt, gold pils vienna, and a touch of flaked oats were used to create this delicate yet complex saison. It was then fermented and aged on loads of fresh peaches from Baird Orchards and blended with a deep amber clover honey.
Three Magnets Brewing: Peach Sparkle
The second beer in our Sparkle series, this beer is brewed with 20 lbs per barrel of Elberta peaches we picked up from a family farm in Eastern Washington, and then an additional 10 lbs per barrel of peach puree was added. This pale ale was brewed with Idaho 7, Amarillo and Cascade hops and has very little residual sugar providing a nice, crisp, dry peach finish. 5.3% Abv.
Upright Brewing: Fantasia (2016 release)
A barrel fermented beer using fresh peaches from Baird Family Orchards. The Fantasia is firmly tart and hugely aromatic with a character not unlike Belgian fruit lambics. Minimum one year on oak before an extended bottle conditioning prior to release. 5.75% Abv.
Yachats Brewing + Farmstore: Peche
This mixed culture saison features fresh Earlystar peaches from Mosier, Oregon. Peche is fermented in a large open wine barrel, then transferred onto the fruit and re-fermented for several months. 9.5% Abv.
Cider Riot: Slam Dance
Our In the Pit Peach-Apricot cider spent eight months maturing in a second use tequila barrel to create Slam Dance. Limited to 17 cases, this cider won’t last any longer than a hardcore song, so get yours today. The stonefruit aromas dominate the aroma, and subtle barrel and tequila notes lend nuance to Slam Dance. Subtle acidity balances the complex flavors of apple, stone fruit and grassy tequila notes.
Finnriver Farm & Cidery: Country Peach
Our farm-crafted Country Peach sour cider is a combination of pear and apple wines fermented in barrels and in steel tanks then combined. Once blended, we employed a famous finishing technique from the Belgian beer world called ‘lambic.’ Historically, a fermented sour beer, called ‘gueuze,’ is fruited with the brewer’s choice of fresh fruit. This fruit ferments on top of the beer and adds a fresh and sharp fruit profile to the nose and the palate.
Tieton Cider: Bourbon Barrel-aged Peche
Bourbon Peach is made with Northwest-sourced peaches and aged with bourbon barrel.
Tart, fresh-pressed NW apples are fermented on peaches with an authentic French saison yeast. Dry, slightly spicy and phenolic, with lots of big, clean, fresh-peach aromatics. 5.8% Abv.
