Day One Distribution does it again, they are now bringing in limited quantities of Chapman Crafted Beer, a one-year-old brewery from Old Towne Orange, California. Their lineup features an array of popular beer geek styles from tropical IPA’s to craft lagers, cacao and vanilla spiced darker ales and fruited Berliner-Weisse. Hop Shade is an IPA which is dark in appearance. Cryo Simcoe, Amarillo & Centennial hops work in perfect conjunction with each other. While not overpowering the malts, aromatics of citrus and dried fruit are present on the nose with flavors of pine and resin. It has a medium body and finishes with mild bitterness.

Wit-Tea is a creative take on a Belgian-style Witbier. Cloudy in appearance, the bright aromatics are a direct result of a special blend of tea called “Dream of Flowers”. We added orange peel and just a touch of Cinnamon to both compliment as well as enhance the yeast profile. Flavors of rose petals and spice dance on the palate while finishing both medium-bodied and dry.
