Beer Flavored Coffee from the Old Town Spice Shop

This is a really interesting twist on coffee beers–it’s the opposite, coffee that tastes like beer. It’s made from a specialty coffee with malts, hops and spices to mimic the flavors of classic beer styles. For instance, you have a Scottish Ale coffee with biscuit and honey malts and cascade hops in addition to the coffee. The Winter Warmer coffee adds in roasted barley and cocoa and orange for a darker spiced winter ale-type flavor. A Chocolate Stout coffee naturally adds roasted barley and cocoa nibs. Perhaps most challenging of the flavors is the Black IPA coffee, with floral and citrus hops and roasted barley blended with the coffee. You can order a bag of any individual flavor or a sample pack of four bags of 2.5 oz packaged coffee in each of the four flavors. Each bag is only $12, or the mixed pack of smaller bags is only $16.

Wish You Were Beer Shirt

Here is another fun beer shirt that looks just as good on women as it does on men (see sizing chart when ordering.) These are custom made screen printed shirts, each made by hand with distressing a part of the art. So each shirt is somewhat different and has unique qualities. They are washer safe, wash inside out with cold water. Only $31.95.

Hoppy Beard Oils and Beard Balm

OK, so your loved one has spent way too many waking hours grooming their carefully coiffed beard or mustache, but they forgot one thing–hopped beard oil and beard balm. These handmade products are made with a Brewers Blend of hops modeled after some of its creators’ favorite beers. These guys are obsessed with hops and beards, and their products are a perfect marriage of hipster manly grooming and hophead cred. Made from 100% all natural ingredients, they run only about $8.99 each.

Hop Ornaments

Even a decorative holiday tree can become another way to celebrate your love of beer with these hops ornaments. Each globe is filled with died bright hops and a bright red bow and look great on a tree. Makes for a great inexpensive holiday gift at only $14.75 each.

Mindy’s Beer Gear – Wallets, Purses, Luggage Tags & more

Not only are these handmade, they locally made by Mindy of Mindy’s Beer Gear! She makes wallets, purses, luggage tags, and more from upcycled beer labels and six-pack carriers, covering them in a clear protective vinyl on the outside and various colored vinyl on the inside, which makes the products water resistant and durable. I personally own a number of her awesome custom made wallets, all of which are vegan-friendly with no leather. There are many different products in her Etsy store, with prices around only $16! This wallet pictured is upcycled from a used Bridgeport Brewing Long Ball Ale 6-pack box.

Hop Earrings

These are some really beautiful hand-crafted antique botanical print earrings in silver. There are multiple versions and designs on the Etsy store, from smaller hooks to clip-ons and less dangling options. Each earring is silver plated antique botanical prints of hops, measures 12mm round, and comes set on your choice of either lead-free, nickel-free silver plated fishhooks or you can upgrade to sterling silver fishhooks. The prints are sealed under glass and have a beautiful glow to them. Dangling from the prints are little silver plated leaves. The pictured earrings are for pierced ears, but check for other options. Each pair comes in a jewelry box for easy gifting and is on sale for only $12.20 right now!

Beer Marquee

Proclaim your love of beer with this lighted beer marquee sign that makes for a great decoration either hanging or on top of shelves or countertops. Makes for a great stylish statement and nightlight so you don’t stub your toe while making your way to find a beer in the fridge at 5 o’clock in the morning. Only $69!

Bike Beer Holder

Be a responsible beer drinker by biking to and from the bar, brewery, party, beer fest etc. while not leaving a 6-pack of your favorite brew behind with the 6-Pack Frame Cinch. This handmade item lets you attach any object to your bicycle top tube for storage inside the triangle, but most importantly, it brings a 6-pack of your favorite beverage along for the ride.

For cardboard 6-packs, this product is intended for grocery runs, commuting, and trips around the neighborhood rather than long-distance riding. Cardboard cartons are designed to carry your beer without tearing from the handle, but if they got compromised anywhere in their manufacturing or delivering process, they can fall apart just carrying them to your car, so use common sense when selecting a cardboard 6-pack to use with the frame cinch. Just $34!

Choose Your State Beer Bottle Openers

Bottle openers are a dime a dozen, but everyone needs one and cool custom made versions are always in vogue. These handmade custom state bottle openers fit the bill as a great gift. Each is made out of 14 gauge hot-rolled industrial A-36 steel and covered in a thin layer of black oxide (magnetite) that gives it the gray/bluish tint and protects against corrosion. Choose what state you like–maybe you have a buddy or loved one from Vermont and this would make a great callback, or maybe they are Oregonians through and through Either way, for $12 these bottle openers have a personal touch as well as being handy. Only $12 and vary in size by state.
