Double Mountain Oak Aged Dry Cider can also be found throughout the Northwest.

More from a press release:

“Bourbon for 8 years, Clear Creek Apple Brandy for 2 more years, then our fine dry cider for the last season! I can’t imagine a more glorious culmination for this cider” Brewmaster/Owner Matt Swihart

Oak Aged Dry Cider 9.7% ABV We laid our Dry Cider to rest in barrels that previously held apple brandy and whiskey in our cellar for the better part of a year. The wood lent savory caramel, bright vanilla, and a dry, tannic character to the cider. It’s light, dry, wonderfully complex, and deliciously satisfying.
