Taste of Milwaukie Beer Fest features Artists, Cider & Wine

The inaugural Taste of Milwaukie Beer Fest is this Saturday, August 11th from noon-8:00 PM in the heart of downtown Milwaukie at 2000 SE Harrison St. (where the Farmers Market is held on Sundays.) This all-ages, family friendly event features local vendors, artists, craftsman, food and of course craft beer and cider and even a wine bar. Expect 30+ beers and ciders on tap and a DJ spinning live tunes. Entrance for beer/cider tasting is only $15 and gets you a Taste of Milwaukie commemorative glass as well as 4 beer tickets. Additional tickets will be available for purchase at the event.

Founder of The New School and most frequent contributor Ezra Johnson-Greenough has worked in the craft beer industry for almost 10 years, doing everything from illustrating beer labels to bartending at renowned beer bars and breweries like Belmont Station, Apex, Laurelwood and Upright Brewing.
