Zoiglhaus Presents the Portland Lager Festival
In outer southeast Portland, Zoiglhaus Brewery presents the 2nd annual Portland Lager Festival this Saturday, September 8th from noon to 8pm. Apparently it's all about "crushing" 31 lagers and hanging out in the pop-up beer garden. There will be numerous other activities and a $20 advance or $25 day-of tasting package. Details below.More from a press release:Another Beerfest?? You betcha. Except we wanted to offer more than just a stellar lineup of positively crushable beers. We are also featuring a comedy showcase presented by Hunter Donaldson. A Mini Flea Market featuring a few Portland artisans and makers. And for the first half we welcome kiddos, so of course we had to include some Face Painting! We'll have lawn games and a food stand set up as well. We hope you'll join us in crushing 31 lagers and hanging out on what looks to be a beautiful and sunny day!When: Saturday, September 8th, Noon - 8pmWhere: In the Pop-up Beer Garden at Zoiglhaus5716 SE 92nd Ave Portland, OR 97266More Info~ Entry into the event is FREE, that means no charge for DD or kids~ If you want to drink you need to get a wristband at the door and purchase a ticket package~ $20 advance or $25 door gets you a limited edition glass plus TEN drink tickets good for a 4oz pour each~ Additional drink tickets and food will be available for purchase.~ 12pm - 4pm: All Ages~ 4pm-8pm: 21+~ Every brewery will be featuring a gift basket for the raffle. Super cool swag like hats, shirts, tackers, and more!
