Cascade Brewing introduces Primordial Noir to Bottles and Draft
Cascade Brewing has a new sour barrel-aged beer they are adding to their lineup – Primordial Noir 2017 has just been released in 500ml bottles and on draft. Primordial Noir is a 10.5% ABV blend of imperial red ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to two years with Northwest-grown Bing cherries and spices. Primordial Noir is a concentrated precursor to Cascade’s Sang Noir project, with a more robust bourbon and cherry presence with notes of roast malt, molasses and baking spices.
