Seattle’s Reuben’s Brews is launching a new year-round NE-style hazy/juicy IPA with the release of Hazealicious IPA The new hazy will be available in 12oz cans and on draft throughout the Pacific Northwest. While Reuben’s has been brewing the hazy IPA style for quite a while and has done limited tasting room-only can releases in the hazy ‘Crush” series, this is the first regular 12oz release hazy from the brewery. The addition of Hazealicious IPA to the year-round production schedule comes courtesy of Reuben’s Brews’ new Ballard production brewery, which is just coming online.
“We have brewed more than 120 beers this year, and a good number of these have been hazy IPAs. We have dialed in our process over the past two years, tested multiple hop blends and malt bills, and have become known for our hazy IPAs,” says Reuben’s Brews co-founder and Brewmaster Adam Robbings. “Hazealicious is an evolution of all that we’ve learned from brewing this style, which includes some process and recipe twists that we believe are unique to us, paired with our favorite hops. We are excited to make this beer more widely available for people to try, all year long.”
