Migration Brewing Celebrates 9th Anniversary

This Saturday, February 16th is the 2019 Zwickelmania, an Oregon brewery open-house event that also marks Migration Brewing’s 9th Anniversary party.  Join this family friendly, all-day party that starts at 11am at both the breweries original location on NE Glisan and their new brewpub and production facility in Gresham.  This is Migration’s biggest event of the year and will feature rare, specialty beers, exclusive food menu, and of course free brewery tours!

More from a press release:

This is always a fun time of year to celebrate with the local community that has been so vital to our success,“ says Colin Rath, Migration’s Pub Operations Director, and Co-Owner. “It’s been an amazing ride so far, and we’re really excited to include our Gresham production facility as part of the celebration.” Free Brewvana tour buses will be running between the two locations as part of the Zwicklemania route.

For Migration, the last year has been a busy one.  The company opened its new Gresham production facility the last June, and has doubled its Oregon based distribution beer sales.  “We’ve had really great momentum going in the market over the past six months, especially with the launch of our canning program this past fall,” says Eric Banzer-Lausberg, Head of Sales, and Co-Owner.  In addition the brewing company has opened a fast casual restaurant in the Lloyd Center Mall called the Migration Burger Shack. After a successful holiday run, Migration has elected to keep the project going through the first half of 2019 as part of the Lloyd Local program.

Free brewery tours will be given every half an hour from 11am -4pm at 2828 NE Glisan Street and every hour at the Gresham facility.  This is a great chance to see behind the scenes of a hands-on craft brewery, and mingle with the people that make it all happen! The event is family friendly.
