Oregon Fruit Products releases Blackberry Lime Puree for Fermentation

Oregon Fruit Products is previewing their new Blackberry Lime Puree for fermentation at the Craft Brewers Conference this week.

The Blackberry Lime Puree is a limited release, all natural, aseptic fruit puree designed for fermentation in products like beer and cider. Oregon Fruit Products is a Salem, OR-based company and the premiere makers of real fruit puree for brewers.

Richly textured, velvety and deeply purple, blackberries meet their perfect mate in this puree. On the palate, supple dark fruit finds backbone with light acidity and tangy zest. Blackberry Lime puree is now open to brewers for pre-orders.
