Bauman's Cider Pop-Up at Alter Ego Cider in Portland

One of Oregon's most beloved cideries is turning SE Portland's Alter Ego Cidery into a family farm for the day. Gervais, Oregon-based Bauman's Farm & Cider will be taking over the taps and the patio and loading zone of Alter Ego complete with hay bales, peach pies, caramel apples and baby chicks.

This one-day only farm/cidery pop-up runs from 5-8pm today, Wednesday, September 4th at Alter Ego, 2025 SE 7th Ave., Portland, OR. This is also a chance to check out one of Portland's newest cider taprooms, while Alter Ego Cider has been around for 5 years, they only opened their taproom in June. The taproom presides next to their production space which is also Helioterra wines.

Bauman’s Cider is located on the Bauman family farm which was homesteaded in 1895. Bauman’s ciders on tap which will include an exclusive single varietal rosé cider made with Mountain Rose apples, Guava Grapefruit, All the Berries and Peach Bellini!

Mixteca PDX will provide Oaxacan fare to the evening's menu!
