I can't imagine a more glorious culmination for this cider" Brewmaster/Owner Matt SwihartOak Aged Dry Cider 9.7% ABV We laid our Dry Cider to rest in barrels that previously held apple brandy and whiskey in our cellar for the better part of a year. The wood lent savory caramel, bright vanilla, and a dry, tannic character to the cider. It’s light, dry, wonderfully complex, and deliciously satisfying.
