Hama Hama Oyster Pop-Up at Cascade Brewing Barrel House

Bivalves and sour ales are the name of the game at Cascade Brewing Barrel House's first ever Oyster Pop Up featuring fresh Hama Hama Oysters. The one-day event will take place on Saturday, Jan. 13 from 1pm until 6pm, or until the oysters run out. The Cascade Brewing Barrel House is located at 939 SE Belmont St The Oyster Pop Up will feature a raw bar set up inside the pub with shucked to order oysters on the half shell, and a special menu featuring Hama Hama oysters – including seafood chowder, oyster pâté, and oysters Rockefeller – plus traditional accompaniments and sour beer mignonettes. 

The event will also offer limited Cascade Brewing rarities from the cellar and special beer pairings.

 There is no admission to the event, and reservations are not required. It features at least 20 sour beers on tap at any given time, including two taps reserved for sour beers straight from the barrel.
