Baerlic Brewing Releases All Seeing IPA in Cans

Baerlic Brewing releases All Seeing IPA on draft and in cans this Tuesday, March 19th, from its primary Portland brewery and taproom on SE 11th Ave. All Seeing IPA is conceptualized as a beer to bridge the gap between the hazy IPA style and contemporary West Coast IPA.Baerlic Brewing says All Seeing IPA "is a reminder that we must first be guided by the ancients as we push further and further into the unknown. Hazy? Yes. Juicy? Yes. Bitter? Yes. All Seeing IPA is all of these things and nothing at all."More from a press release:Hazy in appearance, but delivering a more assertive hop bitterness and a firmer mouthfeel than a true NE Style. Candied grapefruit, passionfruit and a touch of mango leap out of the glass thanks to a heavy dryhop of Mosaic, Simcoe and Vic's Secret. All Seeing IPA - 7.3% ABV

  • MALTS: Weyermann Pilsner and Vienna
  • HOPS: Mosaic, Simcoe and Vic's Secret
