Laurelwood Brewing Releases Happy Mountain Kombucha Co. Collaboration

Collaborations between breweries and kombucha makers are already looking like a trend on the rise for 2019, with the latest being Laurelwood Brewing Co.'s new "Lost in Happy Mountain Saison" Collaboration. Portland-based Laurelwood teamed with Happy Mountain Kombucha Co. on this hybrid beer, which the brewery is releasing as a new spring seasonal on draft and in 500ml bottles.More from a press release:Brewmaster Eric Ebel describes Lost in Happy Mountain as "a well-balanced sessionable ale with a herbaceous, peppery, dry, and citrusy taste."
