Lucky Lab releases Fuzzy Muzzle Fresh Hop Pale Ale in Cans for DoveLewis' Dogtoberfest

Portland animal hospital DoveLewis is holding its annual Dogtoberfest celebration at Lucky Lab Brew Pub on SE Hawthorne Blvd. this Saturday, September 21st. The 25th annual celebration is billed as Portland's largest dog wash and also includes all sorts of other dog pampering services rolled into an Oktoberfest party. This year, DoveLewis and New Seasons Market have collaborated with Lucky Lab on an official fresh hop beer in cans called "Fuzzy Muzzle."

Dogtoberfest raises money for the DoveLewis blood bank and runs from 11 am to 5 pm on Saturday. The event is free to attend and dogs are obviously encouraged. Some of the dog services available at Dogtoberfest: dog wash, tiny and timid dog wash, nail trim and pet-friendly arts and crafts. There will also be live music, and, of course, beers.

During Dogtoberfest, if you purchase a DoveLewis pint class, you’ll get a free fill of the Fuzzy Muzzle. Further, Fuzzy Muzzle will be sold at New Seasons and the proceeds will go to DoveLewis.
