Washington Brewers Festival officially Postponed

The Evergreen states premiere event the Washington Brewers Festival has been postoponed to an undetermined date. While the cancelation of this years event, originally scheduled for June 19-21st, 2020 is not a surprise, it had remained on the schedule in hopes for an ease in the Coronavirus pandemic.

Washington beer festivals were ahead of the curve on predicting how COVID-19 would effect large events, with the Vancouver Spring Brewfest canceling in February before the wave of closures. The postponement of the Washington Brewers Festival comes after the extension of the states school closures and bar and restaurant dine-in service ban extensions. If and when things do open up, large 10K plus events like these will likely still not be feasible for some time.

For those that have purchased a ticket(s) to this year's event, you will be receivings an email with instructions for a full refund. You will also have the option of retaining the ticket(s) for the festival's new dates, if and when those are announced.

The Washington Beer Commission says they are looking into the possibility of a later date this summer (August/September).
