Skamania Lodge Kicks off Dine and Hops Dinner Series with Backwoods Brewing

Beautiful Skamania Lodge in the gorge is kicking off a new Dine and Hops dinner featuring their neighbors Backwoods Brewing. The Stevenson, Washington-based destination hotel already makes for an amazing nearby getaway with a stunning view of the gorge, golf, outdoor hot tubs, great beer and food and a nearby location to many great breweries. For this dinner Skamania Lodge Chef Matt Hale and Backwoods founder Kevin Waters created a delicious five-course food-beer pairing menu for the pairing event at the lodge on Thursday, February 8th, tickets available now at Eventbrite.“Backwoods has always been a great partner of ours,” said Chef Hale. “We serve their delicious, wide-ranging beers at Skamania Lodge throughout the year, so kicking off this dinner with them was a no-brainer.”The five-course beer-food menu kicks off at 6:30pm on Thursday, February 8 at Skamania’s Cascade Dining Room and features some delicious winter-inspired food from Hale to go along with a variety of Backwoods brews.
