Double Mountain Releases Sweet Jane IPA and Pilsner

Hood River, Oregon's Double Mountain Brewing has released two new seasonals: Sweet Jane IPA in bottles and on draft and Pilsner to local taps. Sweet Jane IPA is currently available on draft and in bottles at the downtown Hood River Taproom and SE Portland Taproom in the Woodstock neighborhood.Sweet Jane can be found throughout the Northwest and British Columbia in early May."Oh Sweet Jane. This beer is for the penny rookers, cheap hookers, groovy lookers, and everyone in between.  Blessed are they...” – Matt Coughlin, BrewerSweet Jane is an anthem of an IPA; dank green forest, juicy fruit, and citrus shout the verses, while the malt lays down a solid groove. The chorus of flavors rolls back through the reprise, finishing clean and dry. 7.4% ABV, 85BUDouble Mountain Pilsner dubbed Matt's "Bohemian Rhapsody" is fermented with Czech Pilsner yeast. The fresh melon and apple character comes from the courtship between Sterling hops and yeast, dancing over a malt profile of fresh baked bread.  Crisp, light, and delicious. Scaramouche, Scaramouche, will you do the Fandango?
